Compiled by Barbara Hodges, an artist who lives and works in Cahersiveen, this is a picture gallery of landscapes, seascapes, islands, sunsets and beaches of Ireland.

It is a unique and ever-increasing collection of photographic images, taken by Barbara, that reflect the cultural, historical, musical, natural and archaeological heritage of the Iveragh Peninsula in County Kerry, South West Ireland.

The dramatic coastal and rural scenery along the Ring of Kerry and the Skellig Ring is breathtaking, spiritual and romantic, it has long inspired artists, poets, writers, musicians, storytellers and photographers, it is a haven for mariners and an idyllic place for relaxation and contemplation.

Music festivals, fairs and country markets, arts and crafts, sporting pursuits, traditional music and dancing are all subjects of Barbara's photgraphs.  Enjoy them!
